We offer three kinds of removable dentures: standard, precision and immediate. Each treatment option is designed to help patients with different needs achieve the same goal: replace missing teeth and restore function and aesthetics to the smile.

Traditional dentures don’t suit everyone, because some people can’t keep their dentures in comfortably. If you’re having difficulties with your traditional denture, or would prefer a more solid option, implant supported dentures may be right for you.

A Dental Prosthetist is specifically trained to construct, fit and maintain dentures. A referral is not necessary – By direct consultation, you and your Prosthetist have an opportunity to discuss aesthetic and function to enable denture design that will suit your individual situation.

3 types of removable dentures

At our Gold Coast Impressions Denture Studio, we offer 3 types of removable dentures:

Standard dentures

Precision dentures

Immediate dentures

An immediate denture is more of a temporary solution post-tooth extraction. This treatment option allows your gums and jaw to heal post tooth-extraction without you having to go without teeth.

The standard removable full denture is a cost-effective solution and is adequate for most patients.

The precision removable full dentures is a more accurate fit which typically looks better than immediate or standard dentures. This denture is also known to provide better long-term health for your gums.

2 types of implant-supported dentures

Implant-supported dentures have many benefits. From providing better support for your gums and jaws, to eliminating the worry of loose or wobbly dentures.

We offer 2 types of implant supported dentures:

Removable dentures on implants

Permanent dentures on implants

Removable dentures on implants can be placed on as few as two implants. This option allows you to remove your denture to clean it yourself.

A permanent denture on implants will feel slightly better than a removable denture on implants. And in some cases, patients have reported that the permanent denture feels like their own teeth.

We offer same day denture repairs

At Impressions Denture Studio, on the Gold Coast in Robina, we provide our patients with the peace of mind that comes with same day denture repairs. We also provide patients with denture relines to help keep your dentures fitting comfortably.
